Unless it's gotten better in the last couple months, the service is lousy (when we go, there has only been one person waiting on everyone, so not their fault there's not enough help), the food is not that good. It shouldn't take 55 minutes to get a burger, German potato salad, and wings. The queso dip and chips, chips tasted burnt the last two times we went. I will definitely take Ott's fish over West End any day, even if they don't have much for sides.
