This establishment is a favorite for ice cream and food whenever I visit family in Indiana. I appreciate the generous portions and variety, especially the pizza and butter pecan flavor. Despite a few hiccups during busy times, the overall experience is enjoyable, and I look forward to returning for more treats.

Just visited Dairy Barn for the last time. Prices have more than doubled. They are out of things you order. Food was awful - old tasting & microwaved. Too bad because we used to go there a lot. They can't survive the way it's being run now.

I need to finish my review , we drive from Oakland city in to birdseye to the dairy barn to order their delux STROMBOLI, it is wonderful and I have never eaten one as good as theirs . We also have ordered their delux pizza and brought it home and ate it the next day , it was great !! And the only other thing I can comment on is their banana splits , wow I don't eat many sweets with ice cream but the banana splits are terrific the way they fix them ! Plenty of nuts on top and plenty of syrup and bananas are not over ripe ., we now are trying to make it a every week end trip ..make sure you stop in , you shouldn't be dissapointed!!
