I absolutely love the tortilla chips with ranch dip at Hacienda in Kokomo - it's my go-to choice every time! The salsa was a bit disappointing, but the ranch dip was so delicious that it made up for it. The lunch specials are well-priced, and the friendly service makes the whole experience even better.
