They screw up my order everytime, and refuse to make it right. They take an hour and half or more to deliver it. That's if they remember to, they've forgotten to even deliver our food before. They're over priced and I have the worst service

Wow, Sandy's Pizza is an overall amazing place. The pizza tasted delicious.. hot and fresh right out of the oven. The waitress was very friendly and helpful since I have never eaten here before. The managers were very nice and made sure everything tasted alright. Not to mention an awesome atmosphere with all the vintage antiques! will absolutely come back!!

Worst new ownership EVER! Have always been a regular but now my family and I feel unwelcome in our own regular spot as the new managing couple who are clearly too you g to run a restaurant are too busy sucking face and flirting to care about their customers. The young man who addressed himself as the GM ignored our attempts at getting his attention to ask him how business was going to start conversation because he was too busy staring at the new assistant manager who has a bit of a fowl mouth around the customers without any regard to children being around. My wife and I are quite disappointed and feel sorry for Charlie and sandy who have passed their business on to these terrible owners. Almost made the whole dining experience worthless and unenjoyable

Waited for waitress for 10 minutes because she was too busy she was too busy cursing with a nearby table who she clearly new while my 7 year old overheard the language. When I asked to speak to the manager no one ever came to the table to address the issue. My son clearly saw the manager up front on his cell phone and never came to our table. Later I discovered that this young man is the new OWNER?? What a great way to treat your customers: by ignoring them. What an unwelcoming environment! Never returning

Worst service since new staff came in. Watched two employees smoking what looked like illegal substances on the side of the building while we left. Young lady spoke very rudely to other workers without regard of surrounding customers and bragged about making more money than the rest of the staff which I felt was inappropriate. Young man without uniform behind counter ran his fingers through his hair several times and then touched several kitchen items without washing them. He never approached regular customers to introduce himself so my family had no clue who he was. He seemed very unfriendly and tense. The table nearby attempted to get his attention and was unsuccessful. My husband later complained about the pizza not having onion as requested and young lady who addressed herself as the assistant manager roles her eyes at him before walking off to the kitchen. Needless to say the whole experience was strange and we hope this is not ging to be an everyday occurrence considering we know sandy personally and have always loved the staff

Floor was dirty as well as salad bar and a few glasses. The waitress had a bit of an attitude but the pizza was delicious. We will definitely return but hopefully have better service

Love this place man. People are crazy! It's a serve yourself kind of place so how can there be good or bad service? Sandys is by far the best pizza place in this small town. Highly recommend
