When visiting Monticello, a great lunch option can be found at The Taco Shoppe, located just a mile away from Indiana Beach. This taco stand has a simple menu featuring ground beef, lettuce, cheese, and their delicious taco sauce, served at a window for ordering and a separate window for pickup. The soft shell corn tortillas are flash-fried, giving them a unique and delicious flavor that pairs perfectly with their signature beef and sauce.
