Good food and great service

I was seriously looking forward to a night out 'dusting off' from the stress of the road, and getting out from under my rig. Especially since, as a happily married Christian driver, I only go out for a dinner with a couple of whiskies or a few cold beers about once per week - and I choose to walk both ways to keep things safe and simple. So I obviously try to choose my little pub adventures with great care, with the serious limitation of walking distance. This place was a complete fail. If you are looking for warm smiles, deep laughter, and attractive people sharing interesting tales, look elsewhere! If you enjoy overweight, crass people who can't stand strangers - even if you greet them warmly- and you love chain smokers, this is your place. If you consider our Good Lord who formed us, and paid an unbelievable price to offer us all forgiveness, and you determine that you hate Him - and you go out of your way to show you are sacrilegious, you should feel right at home in this dark and troubled environment. All evening, no one spoke to me - and the nasty lady next to me chain smoked all the way through my food. The head bartender was efficient, and humored me some, but the place had an underlying feeling about it that I haven't experienced in a long time. Through the smoke, I managed to notice that the food wasn't bad. But the atmosphere caused me to cut my ONE big night out about 4 hours short!

Green tomato's is over cooked and sliced so thin u just get the breading so not worth it

I highly recommend their Beef sandwiches and their Dumpster pizza!!!!!

weekly visitor to this establishment. always greeted friendly. the food is excellent and fairly priced. plenty of specials and events. would highly recommend it.

Order a lot from this place, never had a bad meal. Five stars no problem.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a warm hello and have a seat. Jamie was our server and bartender. The people already in the establishment were friendly. Don and I had the fish and chips and the shrimp basket. Good portions and the bar drinks were great. Will be back to try other menu items.

Haven't been in there for a while since covd started went in there and in stead of being greeted like hello how ya doing the bartender said what do ya want the owners are cool as long as you go into their establishment but if you aren't a regular patron then they really don't talk to or act like they are too cool I just think it's very unprofessional of them to do that it's what you can do for them to keep them in business fuckkkkkk thaaaatttttttt!!!!!!!!!
