it took over an hour to be seated we even called ahead they said we were on the list approximatly 35 minutes . when we were seated it took almost another hour to place our order and the food was not very good for two eggs on top of mostly potatoes 12.75 for me it was over priced and taco bell for 5.00 taste much better without an all day adventure! Never again

We have been to this First Watch many times and each time the water has tasted awful, the glasses are dirty and smell like wet dog.
Like there's actually food particles still stuck to the glassware.
Every. Time.
We have mentioned it to the manager but nothing has changed.
Today, we were charged $7 for a pot of coffee!
I asked for a 'Red Medicine' drink and never received it.
Waitress told us our sides would be ready 20 minutes after our Entree came out.
We ordered the Eggs Benedict & Chile Chorizo and both were very bland.
We had the same issue with quality of food the last few times we have gone.
Waitress was very sweet but seemed distracted.
Just a very bad experience over all.
It's disappointing to spend $60 on a meal and walk away feeling like you just threw money down the drain.
My biggest complaint has to be the water/dishware issue.
Many people have complained about this issue and still nothing has been done.
At least provide clean glasses and water that doesn't taste awful!
