I've never had such a bad experience at a place. Never ate there before & was excited to try it. The rice was hard the cilantro was wilted, & something tasted expired. Ate little less than half each bite was like hmm this doesn't taste right but I was trying to wolf it down anyway cause I hadn't ate all day & was starving. Got 3 miles down the road & was scared of getting sick so I turned around only to get back there & deal with a hot headed woman who was literally the worst person I've ever dealt with in my 40 years of life. She needs to go through management training if she is the manager cause she was extremely unprofessional. Rushville hot headed franchise owner beware this manager could single handed ruin your business & I hope u have cameras with microphones you should watch & listen to around 7 pm on Friday 6-23-23. The kids working under her were fine & seemed to want to help but the manager was extremely defensive never offered a solution other than a discount gift card. She kept the food I couldn't eat cause I'm not trying to get sick & im out $15 still hungry too. Never offered to replace the food with fresh stuff which I would have been happy with. Don't let this lady ruin your business with her bad attitude seriously watch the interaction on camera. I'm a kind honest person & try to carry myself well. This lady does not & is absolutely the opposite of who management would want looking after their company
