Our pickup order was short all the salads and the au jus for our prime ribs . On top of that, they forgot to put the receipt in the bag, and called us back to accuse us of not paying for our online order. This happened on 11/14/2021 at dinner time. Also our prime ribs were very hard to chew and tough.
