Worst experience I have ever heard of they need to be shut down for their lack of empathy and a pathetic "apology" they do not allow elderly people who are handicapped or any handicapped people in general in the facility even with a reservation! Make sure you come in your own car and not a transport bus if you are handicapped and need a wheelchair becuase if not u will be kicked to the curb
