love the food. good delivery people. well mannered as well. actually read the damned delivery instructions unlike every other pizza place. 10/10. screw the guy below me. legit was his fault.

Placed an order at 11:50 am on 1/10/18. I originally miss spoke and said for carrier out but corrected myself that it was for delivery.The gentlemen was courteous and said no problem . I then asked if I could leave a tip on my credit card and was told they couldn't. No problem and waited for my food.(I am 1 mile from their location) I then called one hour later and was told driver left one minute ago. FOURTY minutes later and not happy, I called again and ask for a refund. Same gentlemen again was courteous ,apologized and got his manager. She told me that they could give me cash or a credit for my next time. I said I did not want to come in to get it and I paid by credit card so please refund my card. She said she didn't have the ability to do so and she had to go through corporate?... I said I learned my lesson and "if" the driver shows up,(now two hours have passed) I will send him back. She asked me if I still wanted her to try to get my credit card refund and said it was MY FAULT because I confused them and she hadn't charged me when I changed from take out to delivery? Confused them when?, my first , second or third call?? Really?? Sorry to complain, but as a business owner this is serious customer service issues....
