They have a new way of handling the drive thru which causes you to sit for a while then they take 3 orders then you sit again. When you finally reach the window, no one apologies for the wait.

This causes the parking lot to back-up and the inside customers can't pull out of their parking spots. It really is frustrating when you are at lunch!!!!!!!!
