Typically experience great service but this time around the customer service was rather unpleasant, the staff were rude, using aggressive tone, and rolling their eyes while taking my order. Luckily the food outshines their lack luster service.

H&R has the best doughnuts in southern Indiana. Period. Their brownies are fantastic. The service is great. If you're ever nearby and craving something sweet, H&R is definitely the place to go.

If I'm going on a road trip, I always pick up some H&R doughnuts for the drive. Their dough is rich and buttery without being too heavy or sickeningly sweet. They also have great brownies and cookies, perfect for those 'I've been watching too much cooking channel' cravings. If you ever find yourself near Salem, Indiana, and in the mood for something sweet, it's definitely worth the stop.

Best donuts ever! I order dozens to take home and keep in my freezer until our next visit! Of course, they're always gone long before I get back! My family loves them!

Contrary to other reviews they are ALWAYS open except Sunday afternoon- Monday at midnight.

Amazing food and customer service.

I grew up on these donuts. They are absolutely the best ever. When I go home to visit this is a MUST VISIT stop for me every time!
