I first discovered Nicole-Taylor's at the Carmel Farmers Market and have been a fan of their pastas and sauces ever since. Recently, I finally had the chance to try their lunch room, and while the Brussel sprouts were delicious, I found my pasta a bit overcooked and mushy for my liking. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering cooking instructions and a variety of options to take home, making it a great spot for those looking to support local flavors.
