My husband absolutely adores the prime rib at this restaurant! As for me, I can't get enough of their Reuben and tenderloin sandwiches. The twice baked potatoes are a must-have, and the Brussels sprouts are simply delicious. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make this our favorite nearby dining spot.

Go elsewhere. ANYWHERE else will do. You'll thank me. Why?

Earlier this week I placed a to go order consisting of 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of boneless wings. Upon ordering, I was told it would be 35 to 40 minutes until my order was ready. I arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes later and went inside to get my order. The place was not unusually busy, but I was informed my order wasn't ready and it would be another 15 minutes.

I went back out to my car and waited. In fact, I waited nearly 25 minutes to ensure (or so I thought) the food would be ready. However, after going inside for the second time I was told my order was halfway complete and they were still making the club sandwich, the philly, and the wings. Again, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. This put me at approximately 7 pm.

I went back into the restaurant for a third time at approximately 7:14 pm. My order was still not ready despite the fact it was ordered at 5:50 pm and I was told that it would be ready at approximately 6:30 pm. Still, there I sat waiting until approximately 7:25 pm when I finally got my order.

When I got it the fries were clearly cooked in dirty oil and were lukewarm. The club, which was supposed to be on toasted sourdough was definitely not toasted. The first order of wings were supposed to be spicy buffalo sauced. They were dry and had barely any spice to them. The 2nd order of wings were supposed to be a mild buffalo and they were a sweet BBQ glaze instead.

After placing a review on their Facebook page I noticed another customer complained just minutes before I did. A day or so later I checked my review to see if there was a reply from the manager since I was unable to reach them on the night in question. At that time I noticed the management replied first to the other customer and then to me with the exact same reply. It was evident they cut and pasted and it was also apparent they didn't care about resolving the issues or improving their operations.

I responded to them blaming COVID-19 and failing to actually address the issues with their staff in the front and back of the house. I pointed out that they shouldn't blame a pandemic for this and that they should be taking care of their business and the customers trying to support them.

In return, today they posted a snarky response essentially blaming me, claiming I'm a customer that cannot be satisfied, and mocking me for pointing out the fact they cut and paste responses to customer concerns instead of actually addressing the issues.

It should be noted that many of my family and friends eat here often . . . or at least we did. This isn't the first time food orders have been slow and/or incorrect, but we always just dealt with it. The first time I actually try and reach out to management to resolve a concern and this is what I get.

We won't be going back again. There are plenty of accurate, timely, and well managed establishments in the area that don't make excuses and want to fix the issues with their operation to ensure customers shelling out their hard earned money get value for it.
