I don’t have the patience waiting so long in the drive thru. It has always been like that. The person taking the order isn’t perceived very well by the customer. The tacos were darn good the other day. Better than I’ve ever gotten before.

The WORST customer service EVER. They are SO rude and unfriendly and very slow. Do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever and I have never had a good experience in the past couple years with this place. People there need to be fired and new managing needs to take place because that place is not loved by the community I can tell you that right now. It’s sad how this place has turned into what it is today…

Generally an ok restaurant... however, whether it's perceived market reaction or time of day, this one doesn't seem to keep up national promotions in new menu items. A month after release of the naked egg taco, I was told last night at about 6:30pmCT that it "didn't have anything like that". If it were a breakfast-only or not item, staff would.
