Charles City has a fantastic spot for comfort food with friendly service that feels like home. The homemade pies are a must-try-ordering one for under $15 is a steal, and the Sunday buffet offers a great variety at an unbeatable price.

I have been waiting to have the same breakfast meal I enjoyed in the service in 1964. Carolyn and I stopped at Dave's , I ordered a breakfast of hash browns, eggs, cheese and covered with sausage gravy. The great cooks in the kitchen out did themselves serving me the greatest meal of all times.
Daves is already on our luncheon schedule. A super, great eating experience. Love you guy's.
