Upon entering, I immediately felt the warmth of the cozy barn-like ambiance, which I found charming. The service, although a bit slow, was attentive and reassuring about the imminent arrival of our food. My Pasta Alfredo Chicken was incredibly creamy and rich, almost too heavy for my stomach to handle, but undeniably delicious.

So good. Especially good is the pork, the ribs and, strangley enough, the amazing potato salad. Some people love the beans, but to me, the potato salad is the way to go.
Mrs. Bubba's brownies are some of the best I've ever had, and I've had a LOT of brownies (and cakes and pies and cookies).
As for the Bubbas themselves, they're friendly and caring. If I were getting married in 2010 (instead of 2002) I'd just warn the guests to wear bibs, then I'd book Bubba to cater it.
