Fairbank has a real gem that's always bustling, especially on a Friday evening. We were lucky to snag a table in the back after a short wait, and the food was impressive-generous portions of tasty chicken Alfredo and a ribeye that my mom adored. For our Christmas party, the prime rib, sirloin, and shrimp were all incredible; the steaks were tender and flavorful, making for a memorable meal that left us eagerly anticipating each bite.
