Oh my goodness, Starboard Market is like a hidden treasure chest of deliciousness! The food here is so good, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. It's a shame they're not open year-round, but maybe that just adds to the anticipation and excitement of getting to indulge in their amazing sandwiches and desserts. If you're ever in Clear Lake, Iowa, do yourself a favor and make a beeline for Starboard Market - your taste buds will thank you!

This is a great place! The sandwiches are all good, made with fresh meat, a large selection of salads, and the soups are awsome, and the service is excellent. Sure you may have to wait in line for 5 or 10 minutes, and yes the seating is a little tight,(not uncomfortable), but it is well worth it.

After reading the previous review...let's just say you get what you pay for which is great quality fresh food! This place is truly amazing and I own a restaurant about 10 Miles away......and as far as copying a restaurant in Des Moines ....who cares???? The girls that run this get up early everyday and make fresh awesome salads and desserts....shame on you for being a hater! If your the type of person who appreciates quality and are willing to pay a little more for it you will love this place...if your a cheap -ss go to McDonalds!
