what happened the food ? SMH it wasnt good as it was couple years ago . to many changes huh ? think even menus changed. Service was still 110% .might want do some extra kitchen and server stations cleaning .(WAS) one mine top places to dine out. lost this customer .did mind paying g high jack up prices ... But the food SMH .

Awesome southern food! My grandparents live in Jackson and we visit here a couple of times a year from Charlotte. Catfish Galley is a standard night out spot for us. The catfish is so good, so are the hush puppies. They give you a ton of food and the prices are shockingly reasonable.

Best Catfish in town. Friendly, helpful service. I go there often and always feel like I am walking into a restaurant that is consistently good. Always know where I can find a meal I will enjoy. Prices are fair. Judy A. Knox

I experienced the worst customer service at this establishment. It was so bad, I asked to speak with the manager, he/she refused to even speak to me (the customer). So, if you want to eat food that will eventually harden your arteries, I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. At least you will be treated like a valued customer spending your hard earned money in their establishment. Catfish Galley is full of Surgar Honey Ice Tea, if you know what I mean.
