I was passing through Jackson on my way to New Orleans and decided to stop for a meal based on good reviews. I tried the grilled romaine salad and crab cakes, both of which were appetizing and more than enough for a satisfying meal. The service was exceptional, with the manager making sure to visit every table, making it a great dining experience despite the slightly higher prices.

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with family and friends and Flat Iron Grille was amazing from entering in to going out, service was great! Our waiter and waitress were great no waiting on anything they both were so friendly and kind from start to finish thank you for a great experience â¤ï¸

Great restaurant. Food the finest in Jackson. Dining experience best for those not rushing thru a meal. I have read some of the negative reviews and I imagine they are never satisfied anywhere. My wife, friends, and family eat there often and we are always pleased. Their lunch specials with free beverage fantastic value.

I love this restaurant! The ambience is unbelievable. I am so thankful that our town now has somewhere you can go when you want to be treated exceptionally well. The service is above and beyond what other places offer. The food is always incredible, and their wine list offers a much greater selection than any other in town.

I go to Flatiron Grille often, at least once or twice a month. I was lividwith the service on Valentine's night, and don't appreciate being brushed off by management.

My husband and I had been to the Flatiron Grille several times in the past and had experienced above-average food, decent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, particularly for Jackson. We were eager to eat there on Valentine's Day and had arranged for a babysitter for the evening.
In the week leading up to Valentine's Day, I contacted the Flatiron Grille twice, once on the phone and once in person, to inquire about reservations. Both times I was told that the restaurant wasn't taking reservations but was taking call ahead seating.
At 6:00 on Valentine's Day evening, I called ahead. The woman who answered the phone stated that the wait was two hours, which coincided perfectly with my babysitter's arrival time, so I asked to have my name put on the list. She said that the manager had just told her that they were no longer taking call ahead seating.
So there I was. Valentine's night, babysitter arrangements made, and no place to go. Thankfully, we found a restaurant that had some seating available, but I will no longer be patronizing the Flatiron Grille since the owner, Frank Arcuri, obviously has no integrity at all.
