Have been to this restaurant many, many times for lunch and supper and never have been disappointed. Service has always been excellent, food has been outstanding. I have also brought groups in to enjoy! All who have attended have enjoyed, no complaints. In response to Louise regarding the service to the Blue, make sure you know the whole story. Unfair!!!

I've been to this place once...It was horrible food!! My friend couldn't eat hers and tried telling waiter, she didn't like it. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked off leaving plate there. Never offered anything else to eat...was a total jerk to her. We asked for manager, didn't get one.
WE NEVER PLANNED TO GO BACK
--But then I hear about how one of our own State Troopers was refused service???

NOT ONLY HAVE YOU LOST CUSTOMERS FOREVER for not backing our Men in Blue (who protect us!!!!) but every person that gets wind of how a Man in Blue was treated in your establishment-WILL NOT ENTER YOUR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.

Got there at 11 am for lunch left there at 11:50 no lunch.
Can't say if food is any good because I never got served.

I have past this place for about 5yrs.. My son and I dined in on last night. He was please with the Steak dinner. I had the oysters, they was the BEST I have had in Mississippi.. The service was GREAT. Now, I have a nice place to take my family and friends for EXCELLENT seafood.

Not only was I ripped off by waitress the food was terrible! FF raw, hamburger bun was wet as if it fell off in dish water, meat was raw.
Be careful! THe waitress will tell you how much it is without showing you a reciept and short change you My change was to be 3.68, I got back 1.50 and tipped the little swindler a dollar. I will be there at 11:00 am to speak with Owner!!!!

This general information makes Nawlin's Grill sound like a diner. It is not! They serve wonderful steaks and fish and some of the most authentic Louisiana style dishes in the area.
Don't be put off by the looks of the place. The food is wonderful!

Excellant Sourhern US foods. Really enjoyed the food -- The building and seating leaes something to be desired, but the food is great
