Terrible service. Sat for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the table. Place wasn't busy, so we walked out. Zero rating.

Stopped in for a dinner w/o reservation. Seated promptly. From there all "down hill"!!!!!!
Hubby ordered french dip.... "where's the cheese" and "bland"!!! I ordered ceasar salad (as I observed menu and environment when seated to my dismay did not trust what I might get of a salmon dish), which was a romaine acceptable crisp! But, w/dressing of "blandness" and "rock" croutons. Then for a beverage I could see when top wine is Joel Gott, what I should expect and thus thought had order it as nothing else even met that wine and as expected was "mediocre"! FOOD IS NOT OF QUALITY EXPECTATION! SERVICE!!! ABSOLUTE DESPICABLE SERVICE!!! WAITED AND WAITED FOR OUR CHECK TO PAY!!! Normal rule is for our percentage to be 20 or more %. In this case regrettably we had to lower it. We hope the message got through to the server and facility TIP=to insure promptness!!! And not leave us deserted for lengthy times. Note also, visits to the restroom facilities to be of the utmost lack of cleaning witnessed in some time.
Business should concentrate on the quality of food served and service given to clientele. Could also upgrade to better beverage offerings. Marketing meets standard "tavern" not "upscale" quality.
ABSOLUTELY NEVER VISIT AGAIN WITHOUT IMPROVEMENTS.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY MARKETING IS THE LESSON!!!

Had great service, delicious Margarita.
Wedge salad and burger with fries out fast.
Music was just the right volume out on the patio.
Definitely will be back.
Bathrooms need updating, but outdoor area
and overall experience was amazing!

Horrible wait staff and food. Save your money and time. I ordered the 8 oz mahi sandwich blackened. It was frozen tilapia and was no wear near 8 oz. It was paper thin. I asked the waiter he did nothing. The glasses served with our white claw were dirty and had food stuck to them. The waiter acted like this was a problem when we asked for clean glasses. We ordered a burger no onions and of course it was covered in onions. Again a problem for the staff. They wiped off onions replaced cheese and brought it back cold and forgot to put the lettuce and tomato back on sandwich. I had to go find my waiter for a beverage refill. He was chillin in a back room. I went to the ladies room and came back to a still empty glass as he checked his phone in rhe back room. The manager came by before we got our order. I believe the manager should come by after you got your order. Of course i never saw the manager after complaining. No resolution whatsoever from the waiter. HORRIBLE service and even worse food.

Worst service and management I ever seen. Manger is so unprofessional and truly believes he can do and say whatever he wants. The food is terrible calamari is rubber, fish is frozen, and drinks are pre-mix. Never wasting another dollar on such a terrible place.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and good food ! Much improvement over all others who have come before. Now is my favorite place for food and entertainment.
