Mixing a sketchy strip mall with a taco and a good time led me to El TaCotorro, a pleasant surprise in an unexpected setting. The cozy interior, filled with Spanish signs, was a welcoming sight amidst its unassuming neighbors. The generous portions of fantastic Mexican food, including delicious tacos and burritos, left me satisfied and eager to return for more.
