The restaurant offers a mix of sports bar atmosphere in one section and family-friendly dining throughout. Upon arrival, the hostess displayed a warm and inviting demeanor. Sitting at the bar, I was served by Kyle, who provided attentive service and offered knowledgeable recommendations on the menu items. The meatloaf was particularly flavorful, although the mixed vegetable side was slightly lacking in seasoning. Overall, the service was excellent, and I look forward to returning to explore the different specials offered throughout the week.

The food is always spot -on, delivered hot and right each time for each of us. The servers are timely in that they come by often but not to often. I appreciate the service and the grub here.

I have been going to Mandarin Ale House since 1999, I have steadily seen the quality of service diminish, the food going to no taste. I have been there twice in the last month and had Namath as a waiter, he seems to have a problem standing still, kinda indicative of a person with a crack/cocaine issue, I am not kidding, I see these people everyday in my practice. He brought out the wrong food TWICE, then the second time it was missing certain foods that were supposed to be included. Most of the people tht I was eating with were done eating by the time I got my food, I felt ackward eating while everyone else was waiting.Was just there lastnight 2/10/10, had Amber as a waitress, food sucked, she was really attentive, but the key lime salad really sucked. I used to eat the 35 shrimp, the have become soggy, and tasteless. Spoke with the manager concerning our previous experiences and he said that he has tuened over the kitchen staff in the past 3 months, he might want to turn it over again a look up the cooks and other kitchen staff that was there 2 years ago, it rocked then, I ate there sometimes three times a week. I have to give this place a 1 star only because there isn't anything lower. Call management and let them know of this review, maybe it will help.
