The best in town

Enza's is the most authentic restaurant for providing authentic Italian food in Jacksonville.
The restaurants in Jacksonville are mediocre at best -- however, Enza's is one of the few exceptions.
The quality of food and wine within the price range is pleasantly surprising.
The 2 star rating for this restaurant is sadly under rated.
The only improvement would be the location -- but once you have the wonderful service and food -- well, the view doesn't matter much.

The restaurant is a below-average Italian cuisine which tries to act snobby. The waiter accidentaly mischarged me for an item and when I asked him to correct the bill to represent what I ordered, the Chef Enza came out of the kitchen and yelled at me in front of all the customers. Not only was this an embarrasment, this was downright rude and the worst display of customer service that I ever experienced in my life. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I am even considering calling my credit card company to deny the charges. Stay away from this place unless you want horrible customer service to go along with carnival quality food.
