It was exceptional.
The quiet, romantic ambiance.
The service and the food. Just wow.
Each dish was the best version of its type from the appetizers to the dessert.

And, I cannot say enough about the Cappaletti alla Panna. A perfect light sauce over well made fresh pasta stuffed with a perfectly seasoned mix. Really one of the finest dishes my wife and I have ever had including fine restaurants New York, DC, Prague, and Hong Kong.

La Cena has reopened in a new location, 911 Edgewood Avenue S., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Same excellent food and service as when they were at the downtown location.

The best restaurant in Jacksonville hands down. Unique and charming...and the food will rock you. Service and wine menu are also extraordinary. This is an equisite taste of European dining in our own hometown.
