I called in an order and the lady was very unprofessional

the gravy was in a jelly form. The chicken wings still had hairs and a piece of feather on it i do not recommend anyone to eat here.

I went to Ho Ho Chinese Restaurant, An Asian man walked in through the side door and my husband said "I'm just going to watch him", so clearly you can see inside, So once the Asian guy walked in he touched the door handle, touched his phone, then proceeded touching food. Disgusting!! So I guess that US Laws and Etiquette doesn't apply to them. Clean up your act.
