Very bad

The current treatment for doordash customers is ridiculous. My dasher was told he could leave if waiting did not suit him. He has been at the restaurant for over 45 minutes and my food is marked as done! I called the manager who stated they have a customer vs doordash policy. You receive the same payment for a doordash customer as a walk in why alienate a customer due to a delivery service? There are currently 9 dashers waiting in line for dasher customers. 9 dashers who likely will not eat at your restaurant again. 9 customers waiting on food who also will likely not eat at your restaurant again.
