The water has a strong chemical odor and tastes which has a reflection on some menu items. I recently noticed it in the cheese grits.

I am a former employee who was recently terminated due to bringing out my complaints with management for being retaliated against and taken off the schedule for not reporting to work when I had a fever of 103, and provided 3 proofs of doctor notes following. I was sick with a bacterial infection caused from food contact, not known exactly where but I have some STRONG suspicions. I used to go here before working at the establishment but regardless of my employment issues I will never return due to health and sanitation concerns outside of employee illness'.
It is common practice as told to me by the management to report to work regardless of how sick I am feeling and that if I can't make it through my shift I would be sent home then. Many employees here continue to work while actively sick and we have been passing around infections for over a month now. I am glad to be out. Take this as your warning before they likely remove my review.
