The manager Diane was so rude we refuse to order from them again. From the previous review it seems like Diane is rude to most people. Shame for the business to have such bad employees.

Manager Diane is a horrible person. She should not be in any position of authority. She has no customer service skills. They got my order wrong and when I asked her to fix it she got really upset and refused. She said that they gave me what I ordered. When I told her my email confirmation and receipt showed 2 different things she got even more upset and said there was nothing she could do about it. She said she had no way to review the email confirmation. When I told her I would forward it to her she refused. All I wanted was her to fix their mistake. Never ever go to this Papa John's nor at least not when Diane is on duty.
