We ordered on line for our Christmas party. We ordered 4 pizzas. The online order went smoothly, but the problem came when the employees at the Laurel, Mississippi location decided to cook them ahead of time and put them in the warmer where they were heated to a rubbery mess. We specifically said we would pick up at 5:00. My husband was about 30 minutes early and they brought them out of the warmer. If I had been there and saw the pizzas in rubber form, I would not have accepted them. Plus when my husband paid for them, with our debit card, the employee disappeared with our card, then didn't want to give him a receipt. So he had to ASK for his receipt. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. We were so embarrassed to serve this pizza to our guests. DO BETTER LAUREL 16th Avenue!!!
