During a recent road trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service at Orient Express. The chicken lo mein was wonderfully filling, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were attentive and precise with my order. I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and continue to enjoy their consistently delicious meals, making it a family favorite for quick takeout.

Looked up the menu to get prices & then called my order in & it was way higher than I expected because they said that the menu is years old.

You would think ordering 40$ in food you would at least get a fork to eat it with or more than 1 sauce when clearly Numerous orders of food y'all fell off

I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an order of crab Rangoon. The chicken looked like fried Tyson chicken tenders and also dry and over cooked. The fried rice had nothing in it and flavorless. And the crab rangoon was pure cream cheese"¦ 18$ and a tip I'm glad only goes to the sad delivery driver. Worst "Chinese" I've ever had

Just bit into what appeared to be 2 rocks in an order of General Chicken. Immediately called the restaurant. Ater telling them it may have chipped my tooth and I needed to make a dental appointment, the workers only comments were "sometimes parts of our wok end up in the food" and "bring it back and we will give you a refund." I asked if they could send a delivery driver to coury the refund and take the physical contamination fir their reviews, I was told no. I was never given an apology on the phone. I had to repeatedly ask before allowed to speak to the owner. No remorse, apology or offer to take my information in case I had dental damage. They only offered to give us s credit for next time. No thank you. After driving back to the restaurant the owner says I found the contamination, it was in the dried red pepper flake bag. He didn't act surprised AT ALL. Funny this would never have happened if they hadn't cut corners and eliminated the full dried peppers that were in the original recipe. Disappointed. Appears they are willing to use unsafe suppliers

I ordered General chicken for dinner. It was not spicy at all and it was rubbery and tough. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up.

I always order from here its the best Chinese around but tonight I ordered dinner for the family and my green pepper steak was all peppers and onions and little steak. Also the peppers and onions were raw as if they just cut them and threw them in at thr very end. I never have a problem so i called and reportes it and they told me next time I order to tell them to cook the vegetables longer next time cause they add them as they go.... Not to happy very disappointed

Will be looking around for other Chinese food place customer service wasnt the best very sad

Went and picked up my order. The general chicken was cold and had no sauce was all in the breading on the chicken. The egg roll was totally burnt. I had not ordered anything from there in serial months and won't ever again. The girls at the counter was not friendly at all.

Called for delivery. These people need to treat customers better on the phone.
And they have a $20 min for delivery.
Before tax.
I know they have overhead, but $20 for one is insane. I said no.

I'm actually reviewing the new Webb City location. We ordered from there and it was fast courteous and super good Food! good job you guys! Oh and the staff on the phone were incredibly friendly!

ordered take out from this Orient Express and the sauce leaked all over my car. When I called them to tell them, they told me that I must be a bad driver. When I became angry over this, they said they were going to call my supervisor at my work because I had my work ID badge on. When I told my supervisor of the situation, she told me that she had the same problem on a large order that she ordered from them and told me that is the reason my company could not order take out from them anymore. When I showed her the bag with the sauce all in it and my ruined car seat, the manager said she still would not refund me because I was being rude. I told her I was not rude until she told me that the food spilling all over my car was my fault. I am not the only person who has ordered from here and had sauce leak all over their stuff. Please make sure you bring a towel to put down on your car seat and your floor board if you order from here, and make sure you are not wearing your work clothes. Don't bother complaining because they will call the police and try to file charges for harassment because they don't know the first thing about customer service or doing to others what they would have done to them.

I usually eat at this place quite often and I went there tonight and decided to try the Cashew Chicken. Well the cashew Sauce was BURNT ruined the whole meal. I will still eat there. And they forgot my fortune cookies!!

I absolutely love this place. probably my favorite place to eat and not expensive either. It is right around the corner from my school so we usually eat this for lunch. we can either have it delivered or go pick it up. when we call to pick up, they tell us around 10-15 min and it takes us probably 2 min to drive there and it is all ready!

The food is definitely a 5 Star. It would be nice if they would publish nutritional information on their dishes. I am on a restricted diet and it is hard to determine what I can eat here. They have a great "Veggie Delight" that they prepare with reduce sauce and oil. They say that this is about the only dish they prepare that it close to my diet. But with the nutritional information, there could be more choices for me.

Love this place! Definitely the best. I just moved quite a ways out of state and can't find Cashew Chicken, General Tso's, egg rolls, fried rice or anything else like theirs, I miss it!!!!
