The manager at the restaurant was fantastic, despite being short-staffed with only one waitress, he jumped in to help and made everything run smoothly. Josh, the new manager, was friendly and efficient, and made our dining experience enjoyable with his cool spatula tricks. The cook, Chris, had a great attitude and was a hard-working and entertaining ambassador for the restaurant, definitely deserving of a raise.

We were there October 21, 2022 at around 7:37pm
Our waitress was pleasant, unfortunately the young talking kid behind the grill was not. He was too busy chatting away and didn't even say hi to us. He decided to mix both my Husband's bowl and mine together on the same grill without asking us if we wanted our plates together or not. He just assumed and did it his way. He didn't even apologized and told us just to go back and make our plates over again.
We couldn't believe he did that! He has no common sense to even asked if we wanted our plates separate or together.
What a complete waste of food he ended up throwing out in the trash!
Learn to ask next time!!

Previous and last visit..Never bringing my kids in here again. Only finished our meal because I've been in food service but when drug use of staff is blatantly obvious, its an off-putting experience to say the least.

showed up for an early lunch, entire dining room dirty? not even sure how that happens when you just open. definiately not a "Clean" restaurant, not sure how the health inspector can not know this place. very suspect.

We had a dinner on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at the Kalispell, MT Hu Hot and I was appalled how unkempt the entire restaurant was"¦from the dining area to the row of sauces. Management is not keeping up with normal cleanliness of food preparation and that should be their number one priority when handling food for the public. We will NOT be returning!
[I would highly recommend that they be visited by the local health inspection service for everyone's safety!]
