Trappers in rural Kansas offers a delicious dining experience with hearty meat and potatoes dishes, along with charming hunting-themed decorations. The historic town of Simpson might be off the beaten path, but the ribeye steaks, garlic green beans, and salads at Trappers made the trip worthwhile for my wife and me.
