Last night, I indulged in a delightful dining experience at Carlos O'Kelly's and I must say, our server James truly impressed me with his exceptional service. Amidst the bustling bar area, he ensured our needs were met with a gracious touch, going above and beyond to accommodate us without any hint of blame towards his colleagues. His attentiveness and professionalism shone through, making our meal a truly enjoyable one.
