We love Casey's pizza but the one in LaCygne is a nightmare! Half the time the pizza is doughy and undercooked.. Or cold.. But the staff (especially the kitchen staff) is ALWAYS very rude!! We now drive 30 minutes to other stores to order our pizza rather than use this one 5 minutes from our house!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR PIZZA!!! My family loves Casey's pizza but we will never order from LaCygne again. They messed up two out of three of our pizzas. We caught one before leaving the store and so it was replaced at the inconvenience of waiting. Upon arriving home, we realized that a second was incorrect as well. When my son called the store they first tried to argue with him that a pizza with no buffalo sauce and cream sauce is a buffalo chicken pizza. They then told him they would be happy to remake it if we brought the wrong pizza back in to the store!!! REALLY!!!! Talk about a lack of customer service. We will continue to take our business to Louisburg - 20 miles from our home instead of the 5 miles to LaCygne. In Louisburg they are always friendly and actually know the names of their customers. They go out of their way to actual do their job well.
