Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch and told them I had the $13 coupon .. When I got there to pick it up they had made it on the flat bread crust instead of regular crust. The assistant manager said she would let me keep my coupon and take off a couple of dollars so I agreed. She then told me total. I was confused by price. She said she could only take off $2 of original price, which would be 13.99 plus tax...they messed up my order and want me to pay more than I originally was going to pay...or I could wait for them to remake (30 mins). Worst customer service ever.
