I enjoyed a delicious strawberry margarita and flavorful food at El Potro. The Shrimp Avocado Quesadilla with beans was full of cheese and the service was friendly and efficient. The free salsa, queso, and chips were a nice touch, making it a great spot for a tasty meal.

Ey this place is amazing! Jalapeño Margs are the best things that ever happened to me! The Chile pork tamale is amazing. This place is a weakness of mine and the money you spend is generously worth it!!!!!!

We drove 6 hours to Lawrence to go to a concert, decided to try El Porto, this by far was one of the best Mexican restaurants I've had. Also great specials with good prices and very good mixed drinks!

The food was great; the wait staff service was excellent; management, however, couldn't even bother to say "thank you and come again." I have noticed this at both the Lawrence loction and the Paola location.

If the food wasn't so good, I'd take my business elsewhere.
