My favorite nearby Chinese spot always delivers with their generous portions and flavorful dishes, like the tasty crab rangoon. While the soup didn't quite hit the mark, the recent transition to a sit-down restaurant has enhanced the overall dining experience, making it a worthwhile choice for a satisfying meal.

I ordered over $60.00 in food. This was my first time trying Magic Wok. I was told my delivery was to be around 25 minutes. I called them an hour later and informed the owner that his delivery guy did jot show up yet. He told me that I ordered a big order and it would be a bit longer. I live less than a 1/4 miles from the Magic Wok.I told the owner I had no issues. When the delivery guy showed (an hour and 15 minutes later) I called to tell them that they had forget the "Pu Pu Platter" that was $10.99. The owner told me he "has had a bad day" and "I don't give a f**k". I was appalled at the language and as a business owner that has been in this area for 43 years I was extremely upset. I asked if he would simply fix the order. He told me to go f**k myself then hung up. I tried several times to call back and each time he hung up on me. 25 minutes later the delivery driver showed up and apologized and said the owner is "a jerk and he always tells me and customers to f**k off". I just said that it is a real shame that you have great food bug terrible customer service. It's a shame.
