We stayed at the bed and breakfast on crescent lake for 2 nights and the first night Hunan delivered to us and it was by far the best Chinese food we've had. So much so we ordered it again on the 2nd night. And we still talk about it how amazing it was and wished we had one in our town instead of 3.5 hours away.

I'm always impressed with the food, but the service when we dined in last night was terrible. The server was more concerned with texting and other things he was doing instead of taking care of us. I think Terry has gotten better than she use to be, she is friendly now. This boy wasn't friendly and didn't give good service. We usually do take out, maybe that's what we should do.

Sam!!! Come back to Friday night. I always order on Friday night and I look forward to hearing your voice and seeing you. My wife say she would normally be jealous, but she knows you, so I can say that. COME BACK SAM!!! COME BACK SAM!!!

The food is excellent and the employees are nice. Where this restaurant lacks is with the owner. She is rude!!! I will not go in when she is there, so my family's Friday night feast has moved to Saturday. We won't give up Hunan's food just because the owner has no personality.

I used to dine in all the time, I still do sometimes. Now, I would rather call in and order carryout just so I can listen to the sweet voice on the other end of the line. If I am down, her voice lifts my spirits. You can always count on her being uplifting. When I do dine in, I like going in on Tuesdays when Don is waiting on me. The food is great, but even if it wasn't, I would still call there and go there because of the hostess and Don.

The food is very good and most of the people there are friendly. The waitress is rude and snooty. She does do her job well, but her attitude needs an adjustment. Two of the Chinese people came out and they were so friendly and the girl at the register is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face. She listened to my complaint about the waitress and was so kind when she was trying to explain that after you get to know the waitress, you will like her. She kept apologizing for any problem we may have had with the waitress and told us she hoped to would come back soon. She gave our children candy after she asked us if it was okay. We sure appreciate that she asked us first. We definitely will go back for the great food and the super nice girl at the register.

This is the best service I think I have ever received. The waitress Terry was extremely knowledgeable and quick. She was one of the best waitress's I have had in years. My dish's were removed quickly, and the food, oh my my the food was so authentic and spicy. I mean HOT! Just exactly as I wanted it. When you ask for something hot, Hunan can definitely deliver. My order was taken, and within ten minutes my food was there. The price's are reasonable, and the service provided that day was fantastic. Good Food, Good Service.Thank you Hunan. Thank you Terry.

Best in the area.....one of the only places that will actually make my food spicy (the real kind of spicy, not the type where they claim spicy and let you down in the end).... General Tao's (orded 10Star w/ extra hot oil) is amazing!!. Definately a family favorite.

This is a nice, small town Chinese place that will deliver in the worst of weather. The food is pretty good, the inside of the restaurunt is interesting to the eye, and the bo bo platters served in restauraunt fascinated my kids with their flamiing bowls. All in all not too bad for a pretty small town full of Chinese restaurants.
