Don't bother. Really, just drive on by. Horrible place, hard to believe anybody goes there. If I want KFC I drive a few miles south to Belton...worth the time and fuel.

had an online order. 70 dollar ticket. among which had TWO orders of the 12 biscuits. got there and they only gave us 2 biscuits total. problem though is when we tried telling them the problem, they copped an attitude, then started yelling at us over the counter. eventually after an argument they agreed but had to bake more biscuits because they apparently didn't have more than like 3 or 4 total even though it was an online order.
they copped an attitude with us having an online order to begin with even though it literally makes it easier for them anyhow.
but then they started arguing even more about the biscuits thing and tried to show them the order and was like "look, 14 dollars for biscuits alone, do you think that means two biscuits total?". they began throwing things in the kitchen and yelling at us and each other cussing at each other about us. finally agreed on them making more biscuits but would take 40 minutes for some odd reason and they were arguing the entire time about it.
sure i could go into the fact that the rest of the food wasn't even cooked properly and all that (which it wasn't and sucked so much) but the fact that they were yelling at us for trying to merely ask for what we already bought was appalling.
they refused to give us a receipt as if that would somehow help them. i of course called the corporate office, but sucks to be them because they even knew it was an online order so the receipt was also online.
TLDR:
-employees try to rip you off.
-yell at you for calling them out on it
-Throw things for doing normal job
-Cussing at customers and throughout store
-chicken not cooked properly
-employees do not know how to read? ( the online receipts thing. they need to go back to 2nd grade)
-refusal to give receipt to try and bury evidence of bad practices
