The guy working the drive-thru (white male wearing glasses) was abrupt and short, not even remotely polite when I came to order food. Upon coming to the window, he just reached his arm out for my card. Then when I asked for hot sauce, he snidely said, "I already put some in there" despite me already seeing how much was in my bag. Furthermore, when he gave me the bag, he just reached his arm out again and said NOTHING. No 'thank you for coming' or 'have a good day'. I'm thoroughly shocked that team members were trained, as such. I'm starting to notice that it's a different interaction with those in front of me in the line than myself. After moving here from Atlanta just recently, that this may be due to demographic differences. If I'm not welcome at KFC, I'll gladly go elsewhere! This was horrendous. I won't go here if my kids, grandkids or myself are not welcome and/or treated appropriately. Get it together KFC....
