Romantic!

I have never been so insulted as i was right now at Lula's. I ordered a to go order and it was wrong so they told me to come back to get the right order. When i get there the manager or who ever this person was goes onto to tell me that he can not give me my order due to a list of people that they have that always makes complaints or something to that effect. I was like excuse me what are you talking about??? He said they went off my first name not first and last name but first name only and the first 3 digits of my phone number this is how they determined it was me. I have never ever made any complaints about anything the 3 times I have been there in the past. I really like thier food. Oh and also he told me this came down from the owner's mouth........I am looking at him like is this some kind of a joke!! I have never heard of any restaraunt ever doing that to someone and especially when I have never made a complaint about anything but bragged to other people about thier food. In fact I just told some of my family to go there. So needless to say they got my money and I have the wrong order and I am on a "do not serve hit list" . So be careful for those of you who might have an issue of any kind for some reason if you go there. I would not want to make that list either!!!!!

I absolutely love lulu's!! Their food is unbeatable. I recently moved to KC from Chicago and tried all the local Thai restaurants until I found lulu's. Some of my favorites are the Basil shrimp fried rice, the pad woon sen and the coconut shrimp. I also love the satays. I am still trying new things every time I go and am NEVER disappointed. Lulu's is a must!!
