Worse service and experience ever . Show up at the restaurant and the lady at the check in is eating food at the desk, texting on her phone while we are waiting to get our table about we already waited 40 minutes to get our table. Meanwhile, the floor was dirty in the dinning room, the workers were to busy checking out their cell phones to clean tables off, and the Togo ladies have customer on hold while they FaceTime and talk to friends on their cell phones.
Service- SLOW. Waited 28 minutes to get our drinks after we sat down, and then another 20 minutes to even get our salads and breadstickes. We asked for refills at the Time and still didn't get refills until we got our food and asked for refills then. But when we got our food, the food was bland and the plates were so hot we could t even touch the plate. The food must of been under the warmers for so long that the flavor went out of the food. Waited another 26 minutes to get refills then.
Come to find out our waitress had her child at the restruant and was spending time with their child rather then getting our food and drinks. And spending time with her spouse was more important then helping us with our needs.
I feel for the manager at the restruant because she was working so hard and trying to help everyone, I feel bad for her.
Ask we are leaving bow there is 3 workers eating at the front desk and the young lady looks right at us and trys to hide her food to the side of us as we can't see she's eating at the desk while customers are waiting to be sat. So un Professional and was just so disrespecting to the customers and buissnes culture. Will never go back to this location. Ever again , not even for water.

I called in a order for Stuffed Chicken Marsala. They said it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, I waited another 30 to 45 minutes. They said they were waiting on Hot Bread Sticks. The food was horrible. The bread sticks were cold the stuffed chicken marsala was cold and hard.
