This review might seem a bit unconventional since I haven't tasted their offerings yet, but I'm giving them four stars for their commitment to gluten-free products. It's refreshing to see a focus on celiac awareness, especially in the Midwest where it's often lacking. Having a local bakery in the KC area is fantastic, and I love that their gluten-free dough is available at places like Waldo's Pizza, Hy-Vees in Lee's Summit, and Nature's Pantry in Independence.
