The most incompetent and rude staff of any restaurant in Kansas City. We have been frequent customers for years, despite repeated issues with our orders. Yet again, after receiving the wrong carryout order (we ordered veggie fajitas; instead, we received a pan of veggies and a beef taco), we contacted the restaurant. Upon requesting a refund, the manager proceeded to argue that she would only refund $2 because we received fajitas"¦ just not the tortillas. Pretty sure you can't have fajitas without tortillas. Instead of simply listening, apologizing for the mistake, and offering a refund, the manager thought it was appropriate talk over me, become argumentative, and behave in an extremely unprofessional manner. This is not the first time we have been treated so rudely after a mistake on their end, but it will be the last. Unbelievable how little the staff cares about their customers.

My company catered a taco bar and they were very unprofessional! We ordered for 17 ppl half chicken half beef; it seem as though someone took 3 spoonful of beef out of the pan it was very skimpy. I contacted them to let them know and the manager Ismael would not listen to me when I explained that we had no beef in our pan only to feed at least 4 ppl his answer was he measure his meat and it shouldn't be enough I advised him there is not enough equally and I had already ran my card. I ask how would he accommodate and he kept responding with they measure it and it should be enough! My manager got on the phone to explain that it wasn't just me to inform them of the issue and he still didn't want to listen to her. So I ask them to cancel my order; he stated he would not. So I paid $200 for some food that we didn't get all of it. This location is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service, the manager didn't know how to speak to customer and As a business I would think they would know how to approach a situation like this. This will be my last time going to this establishment! You just lost out company business at the sprint campus.
