Wow, you guys have really stepped up your game! We've been back multiple times lately, and the ribs and burnt ends are consistently amazing. The BBQ sauce is the best I've ever had, and everything from the brisket to the sides has been on point-seriously delicious!

Hey there! So, I wanted to share my recent experience with this amazing BBQ joint on Noland Road in Independence, MO. The food truck has really stepped up their game - the ribs and burnt ends are to die for! The sweet BBQ sauce they serve is hands down the best I've ever had, and the portions are generous. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
