Always a great meal

This is our favorite laid-back Vietnamese Pho place in the state. I enjoy their Pho ("fuh") so very much and I love the authentic Vietnam time-tested slow, slow simmered, clear broths. I try to come down here at least 4 times a month. Service is professional, friendly, and quick seating. I generally bring my own "dua" sticks to pick up food from shared dishes with my best friend, but they have plenty on hand. The beautiful, tender white rice noodles are the perfect size and I can tell they are made the day of; and the herbs that come on the side make this a complete meal for us. Yep, I always taste my broth first, before adding the always fresh garnishes. The portion size is perfect. It may just be me, but yes, I've eaten their takeout left overs for breakfast, to start my day.
I raise my bowl to Nguyen Pho&Grill and always polish off the best broth after eating all my noodles.
Price: Inexpensive
Clean: Covid protocols are practiced; Nothing new, as they were always cleaning often and the restrooms very clean.
Portion sizes: generous and hearty
Service: 10 stars, if you don't know what you want, they will suggest, and then come back to check on you to see if you are enjoying it.

Ambiance: Family oriented and group gatherings and date nights.
May I suggest you try their banh cuon and the sandwiches, which are of good flavor and the service is fast and they are very pleasant and friendly and oh so worth any waiting time.
